Three nights a week, plus two lunches. Sunday to Wednesday we're closed — resting the kitchen, prepping the next menu, walking the beach.
Last sitting at 1.45pm. The room empties out by 3 so the kitchen can pause before dinner service.

Done in around 90 minutes if you'd like, longer if you wouldn't. We don't rush. The room clears by 3 so the kitchen can breathe.

Friday and Saturday only. We're a small room — booking is the safe bet, but walk-ins find a seat at the bar more often than not.
