We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our small, ambitious team. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step into their first Restaurant Manager position, or an established Restaurant Manager looking for a fresh challenge.
What you'll do.
- Lead service with warmth, confidence and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Be a visible, hands-on presence on the restaurant floor, leading by example throughout service.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage rotas, stock, ordering and daily operations.
- Build lasting relationships with our regular guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Support the business in achieving its financial and operational goals.
- Inspire, develop and motivate a small team to deliver refined but relaxed hospitality.
What we're looking for.
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant environment.
- Ready for your first Restaurant Manager position, or looking for the next step in your career.
- Naturally warm, approachable and professional.
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
- Passionate about food, hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Good wine knowledge and experience serving it, with genuine enthusiasm for food and wine pairing.
- A genuine eye for detail and pride in delivering refined but relaxed service.
