End of the pier.
Upstairs in the Southern Pavilion. Walk the length of the pier, take the lift or the staircase, we're at the top. On a clear day you can see all the way along the coast to Beachy Head.

When we're open.
Three nights a week, plus two lunches. Sunday to Wednesday we're closed — resting the kitchen, prepping the next menu, walking the beach.
Last orders 45 minutes before close. Bookings via SevenRooms — walk-ins find a seat at the bar most nights.
The Southern Pavilion sits at the very end — a 2-minute walk from the prom.
By train, car, or foot.
By train
Worthing station is a 12-minute walk south to the seafront. Direct trains from London Victoria (~90 min) and Brighton (~25 min).
The last train back to London leaves around 11pm — we'll get you out in good time if you tell us.
By car
Splash Point is the closest car park — about 4 minutes' walk east. Pay-and-display until 8pm, free after.
Bath Place and Buckingham Road are bigger, a 6 — 8 minute walk away.
On foot
If you're in town, walk the prom. Bike racks at the pier entrance — we've yet to have one nicked.
From the Tarring side: 15 minutes along the seafront, blue sky permitting.
A quick word on the practicalities.
The pier itself is open to the public day and evening. Walk to the very end, into the Southern Pavilion — we're on the first floor.
Accessibility
A lift in the Pavilion takes you straight up to our floor — no stairs necessary. The room is on one level. Accessible WCs on the floor below.
Children
Welcome — and we'll do our best to feed them well. Highchairs at the ready. A quieter table can be requested at booking.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the pier and in the bar area downstairs. Inside the restaurant proper, only assistance dogs — sorry.
Weather
The pier stays open in most weather. On the rare day we have to close for high winds, we'll be in touch by phone or email — and rebook you on us.
Come and find us.
Three nights, two lunches, the room facing the sea. Booking is the safe bet — the bar takes walk-ins when there's space.
We'll be there. — Charlie & Ella
